Key to Feeling and Looking Great !




Feel fatigued, or just don't like the way you look?? Exercise and your health and wellness is a key factor in everyday life and a big part of fashion. Putting on the right clothes or dressing in your own style is great but if you do not feel great about your body or how you look, none of that matters. Start out by walking around your neighborhood or local park to burn calories and get the heart pumping, then gradually increase your exercise as you go... You will not only lose weight but you will gain energy and stamina also.
So ladies, put away the pumps and gowns for this one and pull out the sneakers and sweats. This is the one time it is ok to wear the big t shirt and sweat pants in public.

Stand Above the Rest



Every couple of years Disney turns out a tween queen. A lot of the times they fall victim to pressures and stay trapped by the drugs and alcohol. This happened to Demi Lovato this year but instead she came back fighting. Her voice, presence and style is fiercer than ever. She is full of light and positivity and also has a wardobe some of us will die for. She is a woman leader at only nineteen and I can't wait to see what she will do next.
