Black & White : The Perfect Pair
Mixing black and white has always been seen as a fashion do. It is a combination that if done right, it will never fail. It can always be switched up so it will never get boring. A woman who is extremely glamorous can wear this combination and so can a woman who is more on the edgy side. The colors don't have to be worn in solids, it can be worn in zebra print for a funky look. The direction of the look can be changed by the accessories but the overall look will still say classy and well put together.

Shine Even While Its Raining
We have entered April and with this wonderful month comes lots and lots of rain. So instead of letting it cramp your style, just use the weather to enhance it. To fight off the weather you need three things: a rain coat, rain boots and an umbrella. If you want to make them more fashion forward find them in a pattern that reflects your style. A glamorous women would look great in leopard print, while a girl who is on the sweeter side can wear them in pastels and florals. Remember a woman leader looks great in rain or shine.

A Woman Leader : Sweet Yet Structured
Two big trends in fashion is millitary inspired clothes and floral prints. At first glance a person wouldn't put them together but they are perfect for each other. The flowers show a feminine side while the military pieces add a structure and power to the outfit. An idea to try first is a bold floral top and neutral colored skinny cargos with a simple shoe. This way you let each piece speak but not overpower each other. If wearing them together is too much, you could aways try one trend at a time.Either way you will demand attention when you are walking down the street.

Elizabeth Taylor : The Style Of An Icon
Today we mourn the loss of a glamour queen. Elizabeth Taylor was known for her great acting, kindness and most importantly, impecable style. Her style was sometimes over the top and very eyecatching but she never claimed to be a wallflower. One trend she was known for was big jewelry. The way she pulled this off was large jewlery and a simple outfit. She let her jewels do the talking. We should all take a note from her once in a while and try the same, especially on a big night out.

Keep the professional touch outside of the office
When you get a new job you are always told from then on you represent the company.
A lot of women don't understand how serious that is and how it may hinder their job down the road.
If an advisor or senior officer goes onto your facebook and sees a picture of you with an ill fitting outfit that shows too much you can lose your job. So here is the tip: LESS IS MORE.The less skin you show when you go out then the more fun you will have. An easy way to keep the va-va voom is to add a sequined piece to your outfit. A shimmery skirt and tailored blazer for a woman who doesn"t like too much glitter.
A dress will be nice for a women who is all about the glitz. Keep the accessories in simple shapes and colors so there isn't too much clutter.

White or Bust???
The tradition of a white wedding isn’t as old as you may think. People generally think a white wedding dress is to symbolize purity but the original intention was an extension of the white gowns worn in Christening and Confirmations. Today, the white dress is accepted as the most traditional and popular choice for weddings. During the 1800s the black wedding dress was popular in Finland! It wasn’t until Queen Victoria wore a white wedding gown that the fashion began – many brides chose to wear white in honour of the Queen. Colored wedding dresses were usual before that time. If I had to do it again I would go with pale pink, a color I love.
